The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force announces the 17th annual Creating Change Conference touching down in St. Louis November 10-14, 2004.

Over the five days of the Creating Change Conference, the Task Force will present nine pre-conference institutes, about 130 workshops, keynote plenary sessions, video screenings, meetings, receptions, and social events. You also don't want to miss this year's conference, convened just 8 days after the Presidential Election.

Our fabulous special guests this year are Phyllis Lyon and Del Martin, hot off the San Francisco wedding whirlwind during which they became the first same-sex couples in the U.S. to receive a goverment sanctioned marriage license.
