(Boston, Massachusetts) The city of Boston may refuse to adhere to a directive from Governor Mitt Romney that only gay couples who reside in Massachusetts can be issued marriage licenses.

Dutch Mosque Fights Charges Of Homophobia
by 365Gay.com Newscenter Staff
(Amsterdam, Holland)  Leaders of an Amsterdam mosque that politicians want closed for spreading homophobia are fighting back, saying the claim is baseless.

A store at the El Tawheed mosque sells a book that advocates the murder of gay people.

The book, "The Way of the Muslim", by Sheik Aboe Baker Djaber El Djezeiri asserts that gay people should be thrown from the roof and stoned. It also advocates the right of a husband to beat his wife if she is disobedient.

The issue of closing the mosque dominated Question Period in Parliament last week and the government is under pressure to order the mosque shut for violating Holland's hate laws.
