Public meeting on gay marriage licenses

A flood of couples is turned away by a Sandoval Court employee Friday after Attorney General Patricia Madrid declared the marriages invalid.

The Sandoval County Clerk has not issued any same-sex marriage licenses since last Friday, but those licenses will be the topic of discussion at what's expected to be an emotional, special meeting of the county commission this afternoon.
