For now, Mayor Street's working to keep domestic-partner bill on books

The mayor of San Francisco may be putting his stamp of approval on gays and lesbians getting marriage licenses at City Hall, but here in Philadelphia, Mayor John Street won't be handing out licenses anytime soon.
