Americans go on another pointless murderous rampage in western Iraq; Iraqis fight back; and a photographer visits a hospital in Baghdad and finds that U.S. solders still kill unlucky civilians throughout the country. Carbombs continue to wreak havoc on occupiers, collaborators, and random-sometimes not so random-civilians
